User Research and Analysis Evidence from your users, not guesswork.

User research shows what the people using your product actually do and where they struggle. We combine interviews, surveys, usability tests and analytics data, and turn the findings into prioritised design and development work.

User research

Interviews, surveys and usage data that show where users struggle, so design decisions rest on evidence.

User interviews

Structured interviews with customers, dealers or internal teams, capturing needs and blockers in their own words.

Surveys and quantitative data

Surveys designed with the right sample to measure how widespread interview findings really are.

Analytics and behaviour analysis

GA4, heatmaps and session recordings show where users pause and where they drop off.

About this service.

User research

What is user research?

User research studies the needs, behaviour and problems of the people who use a product, through interviews, surveys, testing and data analysis. As a result, design decisions are based on evidence rather than assumptions.

How many users do we need to talk to?

For qualitative interviews, 5–8 people per user group usually reveal most of the problems. To measure how common those findings are, we back them up with a wider survey.

Do you recruit the participants?

Working with your existing customers or users gives the most accurate results, and we run the invitations with you. If you do not have users yet, we recruit participants who match your target audience.

How long does research take?

It depends on scope; a focused study typically takes 2–4 weeks. We confirm the exact timeline and number of participants in a written proposal after the analysis.
