Frequently asked questions
Does the person viewing the card need an app?
No. The card opens in the phone’s browser; scanning the QR code or tapping the NFC card is enough.
If an employee’s title or phone changes, do we reprint the QR code?
No. The QR code points to the card, the card is updated in the panel, and the same code shows the new details.
Can I manage several companies from one account?
Yes. Each company has its own logo, colours and cover image, and employee cards pick them up automatically.
How is visitor data handled?
Visitor IP addresses are not stored; statistics are counted with an anonymous digest that changes daily. The lead form works only with explicit consent.
How do we bring in our existing staff list?
Download the Excel template, fill it in and upload it; cards are created in bulk.
