Project Management A working release every fortnight. No surprises.

We run project management for software and digital transformation projects in two-week sprints, and at the end of each one you see a working release on a test environment. Scope, timeline, risks and stakeholder decisions live on one board, so you can follow progress without waiting for a status report.

Illustrative task board

Project management

Two-week sprints, a working release at the end of each and visible progress, with scope, risk and stakeholders managed in one place.

Agile and hybrid delivery

Scrum-based sprints, combined with a stage-gated hybrid plan where deadlines are fixed or the work is regulated.

Sprint review demos

Every fortnight we walk through the working release on a test environment together and feed your comments into the next sprint.

Visible progress

Direct access to the task board, with done, waiting and at-risk work visible at any time.

Change control

Every new request comes with a written time and cost impact, and scope never grows without your approval.

Risk and quality management

A risk log, automated tests, code review and testing against acceptance criteria, catching problems before go-live.

Stakeholder coordination

Decision rights are written down at the start, and with several departments or suppliers, meetings and decisions run through one channel.

About this service.

Project management

What does the project management service cover?

It covers planning, sprint management, stakeholder coordination, scope and risk management, quality control and go-live. The aim is to finish on budget and on time, with progress visible to everyone.

Why two-week sprints?

Two weeks is long enough to finish meaningful work and short enough to spot a wrong turn early. Because you see a working release at the end of every sprint, progress shows on screen rather than in a report.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We set out the time and cost impact of the new request in writing for your approval. Once approved, it is added to the plan or replaces lower-priority work; scope never grows unapproved.

Will you manage a project built by another company?

Yes. We can take on project management and technical oversight for work done by your own team or another supplier. Because we build software ourselves, we can judge estimates, code quality and deliveries on technical grounds.
