Requirements Analysis and Scoping Clear scope, fixed price, no surprises at delivery.

In a requirements analysis and scoping engagement we write down what you expect from the software as user stories, acceptance criteria and a Figma prototype. This document is the basis of our fixed-price proposal, so what will be built, what is out of scope and when the work counts as done are clear from the start.

The fixed-price proposal is based on this document

Requirements and scoping

User stories, acceptance criteria and a clickable prototype, in a clear scope document that a fixed-price proposal can rest on.

Interviews and workshops

Sessions with users, managers and IT to gather needs, resolving conflicting requests at the same table.

Functional requirements

Screens, roles, business rules and reports, each written as a user story with acceptance criteria.

Technical requirements

Integrations (Logo, Zirve, Uyumsoft, e-invoicing, CRM), performance, security, KVKK and hosting needs.

Clickable prototype

A Figma prototype of the key screens, so you see and approve the flow before any code is written.

Prioritisation

MoSCoW separates what the first release must have from what can wait.

Risks and scope boundaries

Technical, operational and compliance risks, and the work that is out of scope, are written down explicitly.

We follow new tools and methods closely and bring what works into your projects quickly.

  • With you after launch

SEO, ads and analytics under one roof, so growth after launch is planned too.

Requirements and scoping

What is a scope document?

It is the written definition of what the software will do, who will use it and how, and when it counts as finished. It contains user stories, acceptance criteria, integrations and out-of-scope items, and is the shared basis for the proposal and delivery.

How long does requirements analysis take?

For a mid-sized business application it typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the prototype and the number of stakeholders. We confirm the exact timescale in a written proposal after the first meeting.

Can we give the scope document to another software company?

Yes. The document and prototype are yours, and you can use them to get quotes from other teams. We write it clearly enough for any development team to understand and price.

Why is a fixed price given only after the scope document?

Because a price given before the work is defined is either padded or short. The fixed price we quote after the scope document holds as long as the written scope holds; changes are priced separately with your written approval.
