Process and Workflow Design Processes that run in your systems, not on paper.

In process and workflow design we map step by step how your work runs today and find the waiting time and repeated manual entry. We design the target flow around your real systems, such as your ERP, Logo/Zirve and CRM, so the diagram can become software and repetitive steps can later be handed to AI agents.

Process and workflow design

We map your processes in BPMN, find the bottlenecks and connect the target flow to your ERP, CRM and accounting systems.

As-is process map

Swimlane BPMN diagrams of flows such as ordering, purchasing, approvals and shipping: who does what, in which system.

Bottleneck and waste analysis

Waiting times, double data entry, approvals that run by email and error-prone manual steps.

Roles and responsibilities

A RACI matrix for each step, making clear who approves and who is kept informed.

To-be process design

A simplified flow defining which step runs in the ERP, the CRM or a new module.

System integration points

Which data flows between Logo, Zirve, Uyumsoft, e-invoicing and the CRM, and what API or database connections are needed.

Automation and AI candidates

We flag rule-based, repetitive steps that can later be handed to agents through our AI consulting service.

About this service.

Process and workflow design

What is process and workflow design?

It is the work of making visible which steps, people and systems an activity involves from start to finish, then turning it into a shorter, less error-prone flow. The result is a workable target process and a software or automation plan to support it.

Do we have to use BPMN?

No. We use BPMN because it gives teams a shared language, but we also prepare a plain summary view for management. What matters is clear decisions and responsibilities, not the notation.

Can the new process run in our existing ERP?

Usually, yes. We design the target flow around what Logo, Zirve, Uyumsoft or your ERP can do. Where steps are missing, we propose a small module or integration that connects to it.

Can the processes be automated with AI?

Rule-based, repetitive steps are usually good candidates, such as reading invoices, entering emailed orders or approval reminders. We flag them during process design and hand them to agents through our AI consulting service, while critical decisions stay with people.
