A faulty stock file never reaches your dealers.
The ERP stock file arrives via an FTP drop folder or a manual upload. Stokwerk reads every file before applying it, matches rows by product code and EAN and shows every line that will change. A suspicious file is never written to stock; the decision stays with you.
Stale file
If the file date is older than expected, auto-apply stops.
Partial file
If the row count is low or many products would drop to zero, it waits for approval.
Duplicate file
If the same file arrives twice, it is not processed again.
Unmatched row
Rows with no match in the catalogue are listed separately.
Dealers place their own orders
Each dealer signs in with their own account and sees only their own price list. An order first arrives as a request; you confirm quantities and shipping.
Searches the catalogue
Size, season and brand filters, live stock badges, search by code or EAN.
Sends the basket as a request
Delivery address and shipping are chosen. Pallet prices apply automatically once the pallet quantity is reached.
Tracks the order
Open, shipped and cancelled orders, invoice numbers and bank details for payment.
